KUALA LUMPUR: Some provisions of the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 (UUCA) may be amended to allow undergraduates to participate in political parties and youth organisations outside their campuses.
Higher Education Minister Datuk Mustapa Mohamed, however, said the authorities had yet to decide on the extent of the undergraduates’ participation.
Comments: The undergraduates of today are the future leaders of tomorrow. We want them to be better than us in all aspects. They need the training while they are students to be best leaders of our nation who are not blindly following others but use the brains to analyze the situation and take best solution for the nation.
